Property Insurance
Community property coverage encompasses the structures, amenities, maintenance areas, foyers, hallways, garages or carports, pool and pool equipment, fences, signs, and retaining walls.
General Liability
Protects the association against lawsuits in the event of an incident in a common space. Note: does not cover incidents inside individual units — unit owners need their own HO-6 policy.
Excess / Umbrella Liability
Adds an extra layer of protection once the underlying limits are exhausted. Limits of $1M, $2M, $5M, and $10M available depending on the size of your community.
Directors & Officers (D&O)
Protects board members from lawsuits stemming from wrongful acts of the board. Coverage often extends to property management services performed on behalf of the association.
Crime Insurance
Covers employee dishonesty, forgery, and computer fraud. Limits start at $10,000 and can be increased up to $5 million based on your association’s exposure.
