Community property coverage encompasses the structures, amenities, maintenance areas, foyers, hallways, garages or carports, pool and pool equipment, fences, signs, and retaining walls.

Protects the association against lawsuits in the event of an incident in a common space. Note: does not cover incidents inside individual units — unit owners need their own HO-6 policy.
